Cecilia is amazing! I requested warm, subtle highlights without using bleach and couldn’t be happier. I love the color and definitely want to have this done again. It’s usually hard for me to be happy with my hairstyle outcomes, but Cecilia exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth the drive from the peninsula — I highly recommend!

She has an incredible ability to understand exactly what I’m asking for, while also explaining what may or may not work for my hair type—and how to make it work regardless. That level of honesty and expertise has built a huge amount of trust, which makes me confident when trying new styles based on her suggestions. I’ve also had my hair colored by her many times, and her knowledge of color is exceptional—not just how it looks on day one, but also how it will fade and grow out over time. That kind of foresight has made every coloring experience amazing. Cecilia is skilled, professional, and truly cares about her clients. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been going to Cece for many many years and have followed her from Oakland to now House of Cabelo because I trust her that much with my hair. She’s an amazing hairstylist in the Tri-Valley area—super knowledgeable, talented, and always consistent. Cece is great with hair color, highlights, and haircuts. She really listens to what you want, explains what will work best for your hair, and always leaves my hair looking natural, healthy, and polished. I fully trust her whether I’m just maintaining my look or switching things up. After having my baby, she was especially helpful and shared so many useful tips for postpartum hair loss and regrowth, which made a big difference. I’ve been going to Cecilia since 2011, first in Oakland and now in Pleasanton. She’s done my balayage for years and also my wedding hair and makeup, which turned out perfect. Cecilia is incredibly talented, fun to be around, and her energy is contagious. Highly recommend!
